Service 01
Contract sweeping
A scheduled sweep of your site, on your frequency, with the machine and the operator supplied. Car parks, warehouse floors, yards, hardstand and estate roads.
Regular sweeping is cheaper than manual labour and keeps debris from building up in the first place — which matters when stormwater, dust compliance or a client walk-through is involved.

Service 02
Contract scrubbing
We have a range from small battery and electric floor scrubbers up to heavy-duty machines for industrial applications, with more than ten years of wet and dry hire behind the advice.
Floor surface type, power source and the hours of opportunity for cleaning all have to be considered to arrive at the correct decision — especially in warehouses where the floor is never really free.

Service 03
Dry hire
We deliver the machine, train your crew on it, and keep it serviced. You set the schedule and run it as many times as the site needs.
Short or long term, with a complete package that includes maintenance and consumables. If a machine fails mid-hire, we replace it — downtime is our problem.

Service 04
Wet hire with an operator
Machine plus an experienced operator. You get the result without training anyone, rostering anyone, or carrying the risk of an unfamiliar machine on your floor.
This is how most car park cleans, builders' final cleans and council-adjacent work gets done — including dry hire of road sweepers, wet hire, and special rates for long-term contracts.
