What a machine hire actually includes
Hire rates are only comparable if you know what sits inside them. Ours are built as a complete package, because part-packages end in arguments about filters.
Included in every hire
- Delivery to site and collection at the end of the term
- Operator training on handover for dry hire
- Scheduled maintenance for the duration of the hire
- Consumables: brushes, pads, filters, squeegee blades, seals
- Full service back-up on all our rental machines
- Replacement machine if anything fails mid-hire
- Advice on machine selection before you commit to a term
We can provide short or long term rental with a complete package that includes maintenance and consumables. On long-term contracts the rate is fixed, so your cleaning cost is predictable for the length of the agreement.

- Power for charging, or fuel and cylinders on engine-driven machines
- Safe site access and a clear route for delivery
- Water and waste disposal points for scrubbers and vacuums
- Daily end-of-shift care — five minutes, and we show your crew
- Damage caused by impact or lack of care
Terms and how they price
Prices vary depending on the size of the machine and the length of the rental agreement. One day is the minimum, weekly and monthly terms are the most common, and long-term contracts attract special rates because the commitment lets us plan servicing and fleet allocation around you.
If you are weighing hire against purchase, the honest comparison is not rate versus price — it is rate versus price plus servicing, consumables, storage, downtime, operator training and eventual resale.
