Most disappointing commercial clean-ups are equipment problems wearing a labour costume: an undersized machine, the wrong pad, no dust filtration, or a crew doing by hand what a machine should be doing in a tenth of the time. We start from the machinery and work backwards to the schedule.
That is also why we rent. If a better result needs a different machine mid-contract, swapping it is a phone call rather than a purchase order.

For us it means machine-based cleaning of industrial and commercial floors and pavements: sweeping, scrubbing, industrial vacuuming and dust control, delivered as machine hire or as a serviced contract with operators.
Do you clean occupied premises during trading hours?
Yes. Battery machines are quiet enough for occupied buildings, and out-of-hours or night work is available where trade, safety or dust makes daytime cleaning impractical.
Can you handle multiple sites under one agreement?
Yes. Multi-site programs on a fixed schedule and fixed rates are common — it is cheaper and more consistent than ad-hoc bookings per location.
